Lisa Veto is St. Hilary's Director of Faith Formation and a member of the parish Leadership Team — the parish has listed her in that post since at least October 2021, and with the Leadership Team line since at least December 2022. Her longer tenure is next door at Saint Hilary School, whose published faculty list has carried her since at least September 2014: for most of those years as Director of Religious Education and Librarian, in 2023–24 as the kindergarten religion teacher too, and on the 2026–27 list as Religion Coordinator / Christian Leadership / Library. The parish also styles her Director of its Next Gen Programs, the Sunday morning children's ministry that opens with Jesus Jam — the high-energy, interactive, multimedia program for children three and up that meets in Tarantino Hall during every 9am Mass with no pre-registration, and which the parish sums up as “where every kid loves to belong.” Straight after that Mass, Kids Connect gathers 1st through 3rd graders from 10:00 to 10:30, and it opens not with a lesson but with “Kids' Hospitality” — donut holes and juice boxes — before the age-based small groups begin. It meets in the Saint Hilary School Library, the same room her own faculty title covers. She also turns up on the school's Secure Their Future campus project as one of the faculty and staff liaisons to the principal and steering committee, listed there simply as Librarian.
