Lisa Rosenlund

Lisa Rosenlund is St. Hilary's Operations Manager and a member of the parish leadership team, and she has belonged to the parish far longer than she has held that title: when the Archdiocese of San Francisco profiled the parish in November 2021 it described her as director of development and stewardship and a St. Hilary parishioner of more than two decades. Her title on the parish's own page has been rewritten more than once since — Director of Stewardship & Communications in October 2021, Office Manager and Director of Stewardship by December 2022, Operations Manager by the spring of 2025 — and the parish's organizational chart now has her leading both the operations and the technology teams, looking after stewardship and development and administrative services, and coordinating baptisms. What she reported to the archdiocese that year was the parish's reach: engagement had extended to out-of-state relatives, homebound retirees, military stationed overseas and “even some converts-in-the-making not quite ready for formal initiation.” In October 2024 she and Fr.
